The product can be chelated with heavy metals (mercury, lead, cadmium, nickel, chromium, etc.) to form an organic sulphide product which is very hard to dissolve in water and has good chemical stability. It is used for the heavy metal ion capture of desulfurization wastewater and is an ideal substitute for imported similar products. This product is mainly used for:
The removal of heavy metal ions from desulphurized wastewater from coal-fired power plants (wet desulphurization process);
Disposal of heavy metals in waste incineration plant flue gas;
Metallurgy, electroplating, electronics, chemical industry and other heavy metal ions containing wastewater treatment.
It can be used directly in a wide range of pH (3~14), and the effect is better under alkaline conditions.
Heavy metal ions are used to produce macromolecules that are very difficult to dissolve in water.
The generated macromolecule chelates are stable and stable under high temperature (250 degree) and strong acid and strong base.
It has extremely low biological toxicity. Excessive use or use under acidic conditions will not produce harmful substances and will not cause two pollution to the environment.

First, detect the content of various heavy metal ions in wastewater, and then confirm the dosage of the medicine through the simulation test of the waste water; (the recommended dosage is 20 ~ 100ppm).
Before adding the agent, lime should be used to adjust the pH value of the wastewater to neutral or slightly alkaline (the pH value is adjusted to 7-9).
According to the daily amount of wastewater needed to determine the amount of water used to determine the day, the dosage of the agent should be diluted to 1-15% concentration in the special dosing system before putting into the tank. Then, the wastewater should be continuously or batches. When the treatment is carried out, the waste water and the agent must be fully stirred evenly. The stirring time is about 5-10 minutes, and the proper amount of flocculant and coagulant aid are added together.
After mixing the heavy metal precipitates with water for 8-15 minutes, the waste water is concentrated and precipitated. Then the heavy metal precipitates are filtered by pressure filter, and the cake containing heavy metals is buried as a non leaching toxic waste. The filtrate can be discharged after being neutralized.
